The main reason for the earthquakes in India is the tectonic movement. The Indian plate is continuously hitting at Asia plate at a rate of approximately 47 mm/year (anticlockwise).
Glaciers are found in the north in the Himalayas. The Thar desert is in Rajasthan in the northwest and the lagoons are in Kerala in the southwest. Unfortunately, we don’t have any icebergs in India or even in the Indian subcontinent.
