Former Karnataka Chief Minister S. M. Krishna, Infosys founder and IT industry veteran N. R. Narayana Murthy, and former badminton player Prakash Padukone have been selected for the 'Kempegowda International Award', instituted earlier this year.
The Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) has been approved for continuation till 2025-26 with a total outlay of Rs 13,554.42 crore.
