Noted economist and historian Sanjeev Sanyal has been inducted as a full-time member in the reconstituted Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister (EAC-PM).
The Ministry of Women and Child Development has extended the PM Cares for Children Scheme till February 28, 2022. Earlier the scheme was valid till December 31, 2021. Under this scheme, Rs 10 lakh would be spent by the Government on each child.
