The final blast for the 980-metre long Sela Tunnel (Tunnel 1) was conducted by Director General Border Roads (DGBR) Lt Gen Rajeev Chaudhry. The Sela Tunnel Project is located in the West Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh.
In a bid to provide relief to poor and middle-class families of the state, the Jharkhand government decided to give relief of Rs 25 per litre on petrol to two-wheelers from January 26, 2022.
