Humidity is the amount of water vapour present in air. Absolute Humidity is the weight of actual amount of water vapour present in unit volume of air.Relative Humidity is the Ratio of water vapour in air at a particular temp. to total amount of water vapour required to saturate the same air at same temperature. It is expressed in %Specific Humidity is the Weight of water vapour present in per unit weight of air. It is not affected by change in pressure or temperature.
Albedo is the proportion of insolation that is reflected back by the surface. It depends upon the nature of the surface upon which the solar radiation is incident and the angle of incidence of the solar beam.
Salinity is directly positively related to seawater density. On an average, seawater density increases with increasing salinity and vice versa.E.g. Density of pure water is 1.00 g/cm3 and density of water with 35% salinity is 1.028 g/cm3.
