The Kanto Plain is the largest plain in Japan. It is in the Kanto Region of central Honshu. The plain covers an area of 17000 sq.km. Large number of plateaus form a part of this plain.
In urban and industrial areas smoke provides plenty of nuclei which helps in the formation of fog and mist. Smog is a condition when fog is mixed with smoke.
