Algeria has immediately suspended a two-decades-old friendship treaty with Spain after the nation reversed its decades of neutrality in the Western Sahara dispute.
The Union Cabinet approved the signing of the MoU between the Department of Biotechnology, the Government of India and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative IAVI, USA.
