Gujarat Titans is the new name of the Ahmedabad IPL franchise. The name was formally announced. Hardik Pandya was named as the captain of the new Ahmedabad IPL team 2022.
On the occasion of World Wetlands Day 2022, the Government of India added Khijadiya Wildlife sanctuary, Gujarat & Bakhira Wildlife sanctuary, Uttar Pradesh added as new Ramsar sites.
In May 2017, the Central Government had launched SAMPADA (Scheme for Agro-Marine Processing and Development of Agro-Processing Clusters) with an allocation of Rs 6,000 crore. The scheme was renamed PMKSY in August 2017.
