A new species of flowering plants belonging to the genus `Argyreia', has discovered in south Maharashtra's Kolhapur district, has been named for NCP chief Sharad Pawar.
The Finance Ministry has released an amount of 11 thousand 830 crore rupees to States under the scheme - Special Assistance to States for Capital Expenditure.
