National Blockchain Project, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched blockchain-based digital degrees at the 54th Convocation Ceremony of IIT Kanpur.
As per the guidelines, any individual/entity is free to set up Public charging stations without the requirement of a licence provided that, such stations meet the technical, safety standards and protocols.
