France has taken charge of the presidency of the Council of the European Union with effect from January 01 and will hold the EU presidency for the next six months till June 30, 2022.
As per the guidelines, any individual/entity is free to set up Public charging stations without the requirement of a licence provided that, such stations meet the technical, safety standards and protocols.
