Nagaland has become the first State Assembly in the country to implement the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) programme to become completely paperless.
The initiative has been launched in collaboration with NIMHANS, a world-renowned centre for mental health, neurosciences and allied fields, based in Bengaluru.
