The ISRO has successfully launched the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle PSLV-C52 from the first launch pad of Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota. S Somnath is the chief of ISRO.
The Ministry of Women and Child Development has extended the PM Cares for Children Scheme till February 28, 2022. Earlier the scheme was valid till December 31, 2021. Under this scheme, Rs 10 lakh would be spent by the Government on each child.
