The Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), a unit of the CIL, has crossed 157 million tonnes (MT) in coal production in the financial year to become the leading coal-producing company in the country.
The seminar has been organised by the Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, in association with the Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET) and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
The "Girl Shiksha Pravesh Utsav" campaign has been launched by the Ministry of Women and Child Development in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
