Latika Ghosh was the niece of Arubindo Ghosh. She started the Mahila Rashtriya Sangha (MRS) in Chittagong in the year 1928. The aim of the MRS was to fight for freedom through the mobilization women for political work. Mahila Rashtriya Sangha was started to organize women to resist the Simon Commission.
To remove the British colonial rule over India, Rash Bihari Bos, a veteran freedom fighter, founded Indian Independence League in 1942 at Tokyo, Japan.
Mahadji Shinde was associated with controlling the Maratha empire in Gwalior and mainly the part of northern India. His father Ranoji Rao Scindia was the founder of the Scindia dynasty.
