The Government of India has joined hands with the Government of Israel to create 150 'Villages of Excellence' in 12 States of the country, to help farmers to adopt the latest technology in the farm sector.
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has launched an agroecology-based programme called 'JIVA' (meaning life) to promote natural farming, ensure sustainability and rejuvenate 'life' around the agricultural field.
The Ministry of Power has notified the Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia Policy. This is in line with the Government's target of production of 5 million tonnes of Green hydrogen by 2030.
