KPAC Lalitha passed away in Kochi after battling a liver-related ailment for a long time. The veteran actor was born Maheswari Amma in Kayamkulam, Alappuzha.
The Ministry of Women and Child Development has extended the PM Cares for Children Scheme till February 28, 2022. Earlier the scheme was valid till December 31, 2021. Under this scheme, Rs 10 lakh would be spent by the Government on each child.
