The International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) has announced the launch of its new cybersecurity hub based in India, to address the growing threat of cyberattacks in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The multi-million dollar IBM Security Command Center will be located at the IBM office in Bengaluru in Karnataka.
The government has made it mandatory for telecom companies for the storage of international calls, satellite phone calls, conference calls and messages, made over normal networks as well as on the internet for at least two years.
