PM Narendra Modi has addressed the NIIO (Naval Innovation and Indigenisation Organisation) Seminar 'Swavlamban at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre in New Delhi.
The new centre has been established in remote Dombang, abutting the LAC strong, and is located at a height of 10,040 ft. in Sikkim shares a 220 km front of the India-China LAC.
The measures include easing norms for FPI investment in the debt market, and increasing the External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) limit under the automatic route from USD750 million or its equivalent per financial year to USD 1.5 billion.
