Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has laid the foundation stone of Major Dhyan Chand Sports University in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh and will be the first sports university in Uttar Pradesh.
The final blast for the 980-metre long Sela Tunnel (Tunnel 1) was conducted by Director General Border Roads (DGBR) Lt Gen Rajeev Chaudhry. The Sela Tunnel Project is located in the West Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh.
India has been ranked third in the world in the US Green Building Council's annual list of top 10 nations and areas outside of the United States for LEED-certified green buildings in 2021.
