The Kanto Plain is the largest plain in Japan. It is in the Kanto Region of central Honshu. The plain covers an area of 17000 sq.km. Large number of plateaus form a part of this plain.
Sir Fred Hoyle coined the term ‘big bang’ . It is important to note that the Big Bang theory was proposed by Georges Lemaitre but the term was coined by Fred Hoyle.
