Expansion and reconstruction of the Central provincial legislatures, Devolution of the Legislative authority by the centre to provinces, Dyarchy in the Executive Government of the Provinces was introduced by the Government of India Act 1919. It was abolished by the Government of India Act 1935 and dyarchy at centre was introduced. Introduction of Separate Communal electorates for Muslims was done by Morley-Minto reforms.
When Lord Mountbatten became the first Governor-General of India, Mohammed Ali Jinnah who is considered as the founder and the first governor-general of Pakistan from 1947 to 1948. He is revered in Pakistan as Quaid-i-Azam.
