The Union Minister of Defence Shri Rajnath Singh gave away the awards to the winners of the 'Dare to Dream 2.0' Contest of Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) in New Delhi.
The TIWB is a joint initiative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), since its launch in 2015.
