Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Parshottam Rupala inaugurated India's first-of-its-kind, dedicated fisheries business incubator known as LINAC- NCDC Fisheries Business Incubation Centre (LlFlC) in Gurugram.
