The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has launched a quick response code for its GI-tagged Kashmiri carpet, to preserve the authenticity and genuineness of the hand-knotted carpets. The first-ever consignment of GI-tagged hand-knotted carpets was exported to Germany from New Delhi.
The Reserve Bank of India has released the RBI (Regulatory Framework for Microfinance Loans) Directions, 2022, which will be effective from April 1, 2022.
