Union Ministry of Rural Development implements the 'Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana' scheme, with National Rural Infrastructure Development Agency (NRIDA) as the nodal implementation agency.
The Ministry of Women and Child Development has extended the PM Cares for Children Scheme till February 28, 2022. Earlier the scheme was valid till December 31, 2021. Under this scheme, Rs 10 lakh would be spent by the Government on each child.
