Sandra Mason has elected as the first-ever President of Barbados with a two-thirds vote during a joint session of the country's House of Assembly and Senate.
The increase of 3% is over the existing rate of 28 percent of the basic pay/pension and will be effective Now after this hike, the DA/DR will increase to 31%.
