The Union Government has reportedly decided to offer an advance payment of over Rs 4,500 crore to the Serum Institute of India (SII) and Bharat Biotech to secure future supplies of Covid-19 vaccines.
The RBI has constituted a six-member panel to carry out comprehensive review of the working of Asset Reconstruction Companies in the financial sector ecosystem. The panel will be headed by former Executive Director of RBI, Sudarshan Sen.
The World Liver Day is observed on 19 April annually to spread awareness about causes of liver disease and tips for its prevention so as to take holistic care of liver.
