In the special session of Calcutta in the year 1920, the Indian National Congress passed the resolution of the Non-cooperation movement. The resolution was opposed by C.R Das, Bipin Chandra Paul, Annie Besant, Madan Mohan Malviya. Even after the opposition, the resolution was passed.
