Ministry of Textiles has extended the timeline for submission of applications under the PLI Scheme for Textiles till February 14, 2022. Earlier this deadline was 31st January 2022. Total financial outlay- Rs 10,683 crore.
During the event, the Minister unveiled 'LEAP' as the way forward to further strengthen our Startups ecosystem. LEAP stands for "Leverage, Encourage, Access & Promote".
With the 10 new addition, the total number of athletes under TOPS has increased to 301, which includes 107 in the Core group while 294 in the Development group.
